Villa Close To Keane Deal

Aston Villa are reportedly close to signing Los Angeles Galaxy striker Robbie Keane on a two-month loan.

The 31 year old Republic of Ireland player is currently training with Villa and could find himself up against fellow Galaxy player Landon Donovan who is currently with Everton.

 

Lindgren Signs New Deal For Wolves

Swedish Grand Prix champion Freddie Lindgren has signed a new deal which keeps him at Wolverhampton for the 2012 Elite League Season.

The 26 year old has been with the team since 2003, and has also revealed that he will be available for the two-legged Elite Shield against Poole in March.

Albion Sign Allan From Dundee

The Baggies have secured the services of 20 year old James Allan from Scottish side Dundee United.

The young prospect will be making his home at the Hawthornes having passed a medical on 9th January. Albion boss Roy Hodgson said of Allan, "This is a player that we think, in the next few years, will be an important player for the club."
